1. Do you ship to all parts of the world?
Ans.: Yes, we do. We normally ship within two working days of receiving your order.
2. What are the shipping charges?
Ans:. All prices are exclusive of shipping charges which will be levied at actual registered post/courier costs. Please DO NOT deposit any amount in our bank account before confirming the availability of books/shipping charges by sending us an e-mail. We normally respond within 48 hrs. of receiving your e-mail.
3. How can I be sure about the condition of a particular book ?
Ans.: We take great care in describing each and every book in precise detail. We’ll be happy to supply any further information/ pictures should you desire it.
4. Do you also buy books ?
Ans.: We may occasionally buy a book if it suits our requirement. Please write with full details and do not forget to quote a price.
5. Do you have any return policy ?
Ans. : We regret that due to heavy nature of the books ( most of our books weigh between 3 lbs. to 20 lbs. when packed ), it will not be possible for us to accept returns.
